Do I and my staff need to be there during the consultation?
This depends on when and where you have the consultation. Many businesses prefer to arrange a time outside of office or retail trading hours for convenience or privacy however, this situation is not always possible so I can also work during trading hours with no disruption to your business other than one or two questions occasionally. After an initial conversation with you, I normally request a tour round the business site and walk the plot with you to establish the boundaries/plot shape from the plans. This also gives me a chance to observe the surroundings which influence your business and its proximity to other buildings, transport links and natural features in the landscape to see if they conform to Auspicious Feng Shui.
From this point onwards, you are free to go about doing what you normally do at work if you are a retail company, whilst I take vital measurements with the Lo Pan compass. I will need to do some calculations whilst at your premises, so I will need the use of some quiet space for approximately 1/2 an hour.
After the consultation comes to a close, I arrange a time to speak with you about your solutions and recommendations for anything which can be changed immediately, and highlight those changes which are of highest priority. The dates selected for important changes are included in the report provided which can be expected within 7-14days.
