For many people the first time they will contact a feng shui consultant for advice is either during the process of renovating their home, or shortly after moving into a new property. This is usually because they notice that they are being affected by certain unexplainable changes in their lives as a result of making changes to their personal living environment. Dee, I don't know how it works but Lauren has been in bed by 9 pm every night and been asleep by 9.15 and sleeps through to 7am when I wake her for school. She seems a little calmer now, probably as she's sleeping better.

Consultation planning
The average length of a consultation is approximately 3-4 hours for a typical 4 Bed property however, a commercial consultation can vary from a few hours to several days depending on the client's needs. |
Fee's
Consultations are priced to reflect the requirements of the individual client. Residential Cons (1 Bed) start at
£350 including written report/ photographs & 1 follow up visit. Commercial Cons Up to 1000 sq ft start at
£400 inc. written report / photographs & 1 follow up visit. Consultations for Units/offices over 1000 sq ft: Fees start at
£600 |
| A consultation will normally follow a similar format whether it is a Domestic or Commercial consultation. These steps include: |
Measurement & Evaluation
Your property will be measured with the Chinese Lo Pan Compass and evaluated using a selection of methods which are relevant to your particular situation. This includes a physical evaluation of the property & land to determine its position in the environment and its relationship to the surroundings. To assist with preparing for a consultation you will be asked to provide your Date of Birth and an accurate floor plan of the property. |
Interpretation
When all the critical measurements have been taken, and a number of charts generated, these are reviewed in light of the clients particular circumstances, and possible weaknesses or strength's of the property are highlighted. Information is given on the likely affects or influences on the occupants and these form the major factors that will be considered to generate a plan for corrective actions. |
Recommendations
Once the interpretation is complete, you will be sent a report of written recommendations with a photographic account to assist you in preparing for the outcome you are seeking. It is normal to expect some changes to both the inside & outside of the property. These will be discussed with you at the consultation to ensure they fall within your capabilities & budget. You will be expected to add some general maintenance to the cost of the consultation however, it is usually no more than you might expect if you were to upgrade a properties appearance cosmetically. |
